One of the best under-explored niches that I’ve had success with is buying and reselling clothes. By checking out thrift stores, you can take advantage of people getting rid of high end brands that are barely used and then resell them on sites like Poshmark. If you can find vintage stuff, it’s even easier because it has the expectation of being worn. Be warned though, you do need to have a good eye for fashion, and have fairly popular taste.
